2nd Day Air: (Only Good for order within United States *Except APO/FPO address)
Item availablity and Order Process time : 2-3 *business day + shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and is in transit for 2 business days = Total time for customers to get the products: 4 to 5 business day. Shipping to all US military addresses at overseas locations (APO/FPO):
We can only use the Post Office Standard Ground shipping (USPS Only). Also, all the items ship by USPS need to meet the requirement on the size and weight so NO Oversize item or the items that is not match with the USPS rule. (Such as Body Kit, Exhaust, wheels, shocks...etc.)

* The Shipping time will be depend on the USPS and the US Military mail system. Sometime if the package need to resend to other countries and it will take longer time period.

We can only use USA Post Office (USPS) International Priority Mail. The shipping cost will not be same or shown on our web site. Please contact us for the shipping quote. The shipping and delivery time is depend on which country and we will provide the detail information when we give out the shipping fee quote to our customers.

All shipping & handling charge may include Delivery Confirmation/Signature Confirmation & Insurance.
We do NOT take any responsibility for LOST or STOLEN package situation!!! File your claim directly to the carrier.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return.

Warranty & Return Policy:

Warranty for Defective Items: Defected Product(s) can be refund or exchange with the first 30 days of the invoice date. We will exchange or refund the items to customer ONLY the customer file the RMA form and have the RMA number from our RMA DEPT. The RMA Number are only good for 12 days from the day of issue. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. (We are highly recommanded our customers keep the package and invoice for at least 30 days.) Warranty for Non-defective items:

All non-defective items (such as wrong order, customer do not like it, do not want it anymore...etc.) must return as brand new. Otherwise there are subject to a minimum

20% or up of restocking fee and must be file the RMA Form within the first 30 days of the invoice. All items must be in "PERFECT" condition and in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Also, the customer need to file the RMA form and get the RMA number from our RMA DEPT. Shipping and handling are NON-refundable, restocking fee might apply and we will NOT cover shipping or give return label.

* All shoe if wear and use CANNOT return for refund, All clothes if wash then will NOT accept for return refund. All phone case and luggage if used and damage by mistake we will NOT help for exchange or refund. All Anello bags if return without original tag and NOT brand new we will charge 50% or up restocking fees.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

All Manufacturer warranty first 30 days is cover by us. After 30 days you need to contact Manufacturer for the warranty. If any item has extra warranty we will put on description or you will find in the package. Otherwise the product will only cover by us for 30 days.
